Ghana head coach Carlos Queiroz believes there is no perfect team, stressing that his side will exploit Colombia's weaknesses.

The two sides will clash in the Round of 32 in the 2026 World Cup tonight at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. Colombia finished as Group K winners, recording no defeats.

Speaking to the media on Thursday, the experienced Portuguese trainer hinted that they will have to play to their strengths and exploit the South American side's weaknesses.

“What we have to do is to play our game and measure our strengths against the weak areas that Colombia might have,” the 73-year-old said.

“There are no perfect teams, so we will look to explore their weaknesses too. We have to be strong in our play and in our mentality. It is going to be a great game regardless of the result," the former Iran and Egypt boss added.

Queiroz also confirmed that only defender Kojo Peprah Oppong is unavailable for the game billed for the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

Kick-off for the much-anticipated game is slated for 01:30 GMT.

The knockout phase marks Ghana’s return to the World Cup knockout stage for the first time since their famous run to the quarter-finals in 2010.
