Women are ‘a superior being’ and men know it – Omotola

Actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has announced that women are superior to men and the latter know it very well.

She invited her fellow women to come to this realisation and exercise their power.

The singer and philanthropist was a billed speaker for the maiden edition of ‘Women of Valour’ which took place yesterday, March 8, 2023, as the world marked International Women’s Day (IWD) under the theme: ‘DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality’.

She charged women to stop “looking for equality in some sense that is really demeaning” them.

“Do you know you’re the giver of life,” she quizzed the audience at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra, hall.

“Do you know what God has put in you?” the movie superstar touched her stomach. “Do you know what it means to be a woman?”

“Even men know that you’re a superior being,” she declared.

“The only person who does not know that they are a superior being is you…” she raised her voice for a punch. “…who is trying and fighting so hard for them to accept you.”

“No, you don’t need people to accept you.

“You need to come into your power because you’re a strong woman,” the Nigerian star said with verve.

The audience of women responded in rapturous applause.

The Woman of Valour conference is the brainchild of the award-winning Ghanaian media personality Nana Aba Anamoah.
